Ate That, What's Next? (Sherman's Lagoon #1)

by Jim Toomey (Author)

Reading Level: 4th − 5th Grade
Just west of the Elabaob Islands, in the Palauan archipelago of Micronesia, where the sun beats down with the intensity of a dachshund in a room full of hamsters, lies a spit of radioactive volcanic rock known as Kapupu Island. And near where this spit spat is a spot heretofore unknown in the realm of the hairless beach ape... A place where the water is as clear as Diet 7-up, the breeze is as gentle as warm tofu, and the suckerfish pucker with passion... "Sherman's Lagoon."
