Onward and Downward (Sherman's Lagoon #22)

by Jim Toomey (Author)

Onward and Downward (Sherman's Lagoon #22)
Reading Level: 4th − 5th Grade

Meet the new fish on the block in the latest collection of Sherman's Lagoon. Sherman and the crew are back, living life in their beloved lagoon as they deal with problems that sound all too familiar to us land-dwellers. But they're not the only ones to call this corner of the tropics their home. There's Arturo, the ninja lanternshark who briefly becomes Sherman's guru and mentor. Boris the fish-eating spider--who's really not so bad once you get to know him. A gang of obnoxiously sassy water bears. And one undersea spaghetti monster with a wit that cuts deeper than the Mariana Trench.

Laugh at old friends and meet some new faces in Jim Toomey's latest collection of comics. Hairless beach apes are welcome--just go easy on the sunscreen.
