Zack and the Whale

Zack and his Gran watch for whales off the dock. He learns some new things about whales while he waits. The book introduces the wh digraph often through the wh question words but also in other contexts.

Examples of previously taught digraphs and vowels in earlier books are also woven into the text. Readers experience the excitement of a breaching whale while practicing blending the wh digraph within sentences.
