Things That Go! (Indestructibles)

by Amy Pixton (Author) Stephan Lomp (Illustrator)

Reading Level: K − 1st Grade
Series: Indestructibles

Now babies can learn all about the things that go in a book that's indestructible. With call-out identifications on each spread, Things That Go! is a vibrant introduction to those irresistible vehicles that fly, drive, sail, dig, lift, dump, and more.

With almost two million copies in print, Indestructibles are the books built for the way babies read. They are 100 percent baby-proof, chew-proof, rip-proof, and drool-proof. Printed on a unique nontoxic, paperlike material that holds up to anything babies can throw at it--gumming, spilling, dragging across the floor--Indestructibles are the little books that could. They're indestructible. And if they get dirty, just throw them in the wash.

Amy Pixton

Carolina Buzio was born and raised in Portugal, where she studied Communication Design at the Fine-Arts University of Porto. She spent one year abroad in Budapest at MOME, where she published her first children's book: Gato das Botas. In 2012 Carolina moved to Berlin, where she now works as a freelance illustrator, animator, and creator of quirky characters.

Amy Pixton, a mother of triplets, created Indestructibles after bits of traditional board books found their way into her babies' mouths. Amy lives in Kansas City with her husband and their three children.
