Alberto Martín

Alberto Martín (NiñoCactus) made a deal with his parents: since he disliked eating so much, they would give him a book for every pound he gained. Soon, the boy from Salamanca had his head so full of imaginary characters that they created their own world. He began to write in order to express himself and answer difficult questions, until one day he discovered in stories the gift of a new way to play. A storyteller, musician, puppeteer, and winner of the 2015 Fundación Cuatrogatos Award, he confesses that he still has many treasures to discover, while those he finds become stories.
