Natalie McKearin is an EMMY-winning Lebanese American writer who has most recently staffed on the Apple shows PUPPY PLACE and LIFE BY ELLA. Prior to joining these family friendly comedy shows, she was primarily working on the drama side with her first staffing job on NatGeo's anthology series GENIUS: ARETHA FRANKLIN. In addition to staffing, Natalie has been active on the development front, with 20th Century FOX optioning her original script, ARABIAN PLIGHTS. Natalie previously worked on Fox's EMPIRE for three seasons, rapidly climbing up the ranks from Production Secretary to assisting Executive Producer Sanaa Hamri, and eventually Showrunner/Executive Producer Ilene Chaiken. Natalie is a Chicago native, and is proficient in Lebanese Arabic and laser hair removal. 12 Strays of Christmas is her debut novel.
