Gabriela Burin

Gabriela is from Buenos Aires, Argentina. She has published her books in Mexico, Spain, Argentina and the United States. Some of her titles are La enamorada del muro, El día de las cosas perdidas, El príncipe Melocotón and El incendio, award winning title in the Picture Book category at ALIJA-IBBY 2008. She enjoys writing and illustrating stories about different kind of women, many of them unusual; all of them complex, fun and thought-provoking.
