The book ends with praise for "people parts" because "they are exactly what you need to be the one and only you." The narrative is followed by two pages of factoids and a time line. Gr 1-3--Step into the shoes or the senses of interesting animals to see how they experience the world in their own way. Illustrations are hilariously fantastic, with each featured person mixed with shark jaws or eagle eyes in delightful, cartoonish glory. While there is much entertainment to be had from the art, the information provided draws comparisons between human and animal anatomies. Critical thinking skills will be set to blossom from these pages, and they will teach readers about not only animals, but also their own bodies. VERDICT A fun take on animal and human anatomy books that will fill young readers with joy from the amazing illustrations and fun facts.
